Prevention
Meaningful support before challenges become crises whenever possible.
Meet the founder whose experience helped shape Bridgewell Alliance’s commitment to prevention, restoration, connection, and sustainable support.

Dr. Dominique Lache’ is a social worker, leadership systems strategist, registered mediator, speaker, and U.S. Army veteran whose work focuses on strengthening the systems surrounding individuals, families, organizations, and communities.
She founded Bridgewell Alliance from the belief that individuals and families should not have to reach crisis before receiving meaningful support.
Her experience across behavioral health, family services, conflict resolution, leadership, and systems change shaped Bridgewell Alliance’s commitment to prevention, restoration, connection, and sustainable support.
Individual and family outcomes are influenced by family systems, relationships, community resources, organizational practices, access to services, and the larger systems surrounding them. Bridgewell was created to help people move toward stability and well-being through prevention, connection, restoration, and sustainable support.
Meaningful support before challenges become crises whenever possible.
Human-centered service that strengthens relationships and pathways forward.
Solutions that consider people, families, communities, and the systems around them.
Dr. Lache’s background informs Bridgewell’s work while the organization and the communities it serves remain at the center.
Meaningful change requires both human-centered support and stronger systems. Bridgewell’s approach emphasizes prevention when possible, dignity in service delivery, trauma-responsive practice, accountability, restoration, and sustainable solutions.
Rather than asking only, “What is happening?” Bridgewell also considers the conditions surrounding the individual or family, the barriers contributing to the situation, and the support or systemic changes that can create a healthier long-term outcome.
Relevant affiliations and leadership development include the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Johnson County, Indiana Black Expo Leadership Development Program, National Association of Social Workers professional community, Rotary/community leadership engagement, and cross-sector community and professional collaborations.
Dr. Lache’s experience includes speaking, facilitating, training, and leadership work related to trauma-responsive practice, family and community resilience, conflict management, leadership culture, psychological safety, domestic violence awareness, workforce wellness, communication, and systems change.
More extensive organizational consulting and speaking information is intentionally housed through her separate strategic consulting practice.
In addition to founding Bridgewell Alliance, Dr. Lache’ leads an independent strategic consulting practice serving organizations, executive leaders, government agencies, and community systems. Her consulting work focuses on leadership systems, organizational culture, workforce wellness, psychological safety, conflict navigation, trauma-responsive implementation, and sustainable systems change.
Under Dr. Lache’s leadership, Bridgewell Alliance is being developed as a multidisciplinary organization where individuals, families, professionals, and communities can find meaningful pathways toward connection, stability, and restoration.
